RESEARCH & WRITING PORTFOLIO

Writing

I write because research does not always need thirty pages.

Sometimes an idea needs the space of a research paper. Sometimes a regulatory decision deserves a careful case analysis. Sometimes there is simply something happening in technology that makes me stop and ask: wait, what does the law actually say about this?

This is where those different forms of writing live.

Across them, I write mostly about artificial intelligence, privacy and data governance, consumer protection, digital platforms, and the increasingly complicated relationship between technological design and legal regulation.

Research

Longer-form work where I have had enough room to sit with a problem, examine the legal framework around it, and develop an argument.
